EXCHANGE POLICY

1. MIMU provides return and exchange service for all items except Best Buy/ Sale/ Discounted item/ Shoes/ Bags/ leggings.
 
2. The following variations will not be considered as manufacturing defect:- color different from product's picture. minor imperfection such as minor stains, marks, dirts, or minor stitching details. 
 
3. Customer may visit our flagship store at LUMI TROPICANA SOHO FOR QUALITY CHECK. We are not allowed for exchange on quality. 
 
4. All return Item(s) must be sent back within 3 days for unsatisfactory item, or within 5 days for manufacturing defect item (from the date of the parcel being received by the customer).
 
5. Kindly mention NAME & CONTACT DETAILS in the returning parcel. MIMU will not follow up the parcel without customer name.

6. All  exchange borne by buyer.
 
7. All return item(s) must be sent back to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed and unworn. 
 
8. Only one return and exchange are allowed per order.  No second exchange available. 
 
9. MIMU practises no refund policy.  Customer is allowed to exchange for other designs provided the original exchange item has run out of size. Customer is allowed to exchange for other designs with similar prices or top up to purchase for other designs.  Unused balance will not refund. 
 
10. Customer is required to keep track of the postage reference code during the return and exchange process for tracking purpose. 
 
11. All returns which do not meet the above terms will not be accepted.  
 
MIMU reserve the rights for the final decision and reserve the rights to amend this policy at anytime.
